Delivery

Your order is shipped door to door by local courier.

We aim to have your parcel delivered in 3-5 working days.

Orders exceeding R1000 qualify for free shipping, otherwise a standard R95 delivery fee applies.

Returns

We work with the best artisans in Türkiye to bring you textiles that will exceed your expectations. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly offer you a refund, exchange or gift voucher for the merchandise price. Please note that courier charges are non-refundable. 

Please contact us before returning an item. Kindly return the item to us within 14 days of purchase in its original, unused condition together with proof of purchase. Regrettably, we are unable to cover return shipping costs.

Note: Please be aware that occasional variances in colour and size and other loom inconsistencies may occur with our hand-loomed pieces. This is normal and to be expected with perfectly imperfect handmade products.
