When my time as an educator in Türkiye came to an end, I wished to preserve something of the precious Turkish way of life in which I had been deeply immersed for eight years. Establishing The Ministry of Comfort was a way to satiate my wanderlust and entrepreneurial aspirations, and to honour the beautiful Turkish people who embraced me so wholeheartedly.

It’s no wonder the centuries-old peştemal (Turkish towel) is still around and continues to grow in worldwide popularity. Turkish towels make life easier. Here’s how:
